A car chase by federal agents down the streets of a residential neighborhood, where they are seen using a PIT maneuver to stop a vehicle to make an arrest. Federal agents allegedly hit the victim's car first, then proceeded to chase them around the block. As the crowd gathered, agents used a chemical agent, which also affected CPD officers who arrived on the scene.
