Description

Chaotic scene in which agents caused a red car that had been following them to crash into the back of the agents’ vehicle. Agents then pulled the man and the woman out of the car and brutally arrested them. A crowd gathering in protest, which resulted in agents threatening, forcefully detaining and pointing firearm at bystanders. There is also video of the same agent who pointed the firearm punching a man in the head who was laying face down in the street.
