Any requests to disclose the identity of any submitter shall be denied by the Project except where required by a court order.

• Incident Submissions: Information you provide about incidents, including descriptions, locations, dates, and any multimedia evidence you upload.
• Contact Information: If you choose to contact us, we may collect your name, email, and phone number.
