ICE attacks Rev. David Black with pepper ball and chemical spray

Description

Federal immigration agents standing on the roof of the Broadview ICE facility shot Rev. David Black in the head with a non-lethal projectile described as a pepper ball. The reverend was among other residents protesting peacefully outside of an ICE processing facility. According to Rev. Black, he was attempting to quote scripture to the agents when he was shot. Black was injured, and others came to his assistance as the agent fired multiple rounds at Rev. Black.  After more agents and protestors emerged, ICE agents sprayed Rev. Black with an unknown chemical.
